Natural Hair Meetup

So for the first time I attended a Natural Hair Meetup at Cavendish arms, I just wanted to see how things go. It was nice but yeah, It could have been more lively. Prizes were won, games were played, food was eaten. I met some nice natural girls. I got Jamaican Castor Oil in my goodie bag! so happy. The next time I will post is in 10 days time, which will mark one month of my cut. I may have to trim it again, but we will see how that goes, cheers! :D

Current Products.

At the moment, I'm washing and conditioning my hair with Mango and Lime shampoo and conditioner. I also apply shea butter and moroccan oil. I'm trying out the Eqyss Mega Tek product to see how my hair grows with it. I will be doing a bentonite clay wash soon, and trying out a black soap wash. *Update* stopped the mango lime, totally on black soap now.

Cheers!

Back to Innocence!

Once upon a time, a girl who lived in Nigeria, decided to stop putting chemicals and hair straighteners to change the curls nature had given her. At first she wanted to be in dreadlocks, because she had begun to fall terribly in love with it. But being the person she is, she just went along with growing her natural locks. Unfortunately along the line, she suffered from a severe case of 'Hand in Hair' syndrome, and decided to cut it all off, to start afresh. so here she is, Back to Innocence!! She starts a fresh new journey, as the hair on her head springs alive, like the seeds of the Bamboozu tree birthing a fresh leaf. ENJOY!!
